Jovic Homes LLC is a well established residential care facility for the developmentally disabled. Our staff has been educated and trained to provide support services that enable clients to access the level of care appropriate for their conditions. Our system includes the close collaboration with family members, guardians and the patient’s physician. This is necessary for us to align our care services on one road. This road leads to a better, more manageable way of life by maximizing a patient’s abilities.
We understand what a hard shell it is to break through. A person with developmental disabilities has greater challenges than we do. Being heard and being cared for is a start for us to fully understand what it is they are going through. In some way, we hope to touch their hearts and give them the attention they need at a time when their health conditions are hindering them from living a fulfilling life with family, friends and themselves.
Because, we provide patient-centered services, we start with a needs assessment meeting. A case manager or care coordinator will be evaluating the physical, emotional and mental health of your loved one. This enables us to set a care plan that will effectively address those areas that they need support the most.
